With Colissimo, all orders placed before 1:00 pm (French time) are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday, and before 10:00 am on Saturdays (excluding public holidays).

With Chronopost, all orders placed before 1:00 pm (French time) are dispatched the same day.
Delivery will be before 1:00 pm the following day.

We take particular care when packing your orders, to avoid any risk of leakage or breakage.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, an e-mail is sent with the tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs are applied according to your choice of delivery method.

They are free for purchases over €40 in mainland France by Colissimo Points-relais and home delivery without signature.

They are free on orders over €70 for the UK and Europe by Colissimo home delivery with signature.

48h with Colissimo from La Poste (in outlets or at home, with or without delivery against signature)
24 hours with Chronopost (at delivery points or at home with delivery against signature)

Delivery times in Europe vary between 2 and 6 days by Colissimo and between 1 and 3 days by Chronopost.

For countries outside the European zone, delivery times vary between 5 and 12 days by Colissimo, depending on the destination country.

If the parcel is not delivered to your home because you are absent, the deliveryman will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox.
A new delivery is then organized, either to a Point Relais or to your home, depending on your choice.

Please note that the word “Poppers” never appears on the packages we deliver.
